A thing of beauty. Our 1979 Peugeuot J7 came over from France having served decades as a buchers shop. She was converted to a Pizza Catering Van in 2021 and she's now working in Wales smashing our Italian style Pizzas.
The oven is an Alfa Forni, Bobi Jên demanded the best and you don't mess-around with what she demands.
She's not the fastest; 40mph tops but it's worth it for the Pizza.
